Hailey’s new task generation capability offers advanced features such as:

• AI-powered task creation: Hailey analyzes custom items, including default fields, custom fields, and linked data, such as controls and compliance requirements, to generate corresponding tasks that align with your GRC program.

• Integrated task management: Tasks are created with key details such as the name and description, and linked to their register item for complete traceability.

• Cross-platform task synchronization: Leveraging 6clicks’ integration with Jira, Hailey ensures that tasks are automatically created or updated in Jira, keeping workflows and systems aligned.

• Customizable activation: Hailey’s task generation feature can be used for issues, incidents, and custom register items but can be toggled on/off for custom registers as needed, depending on the use case.

How it works

When viewing an issue, incident, or register item on the 6clicks platform, simply click the Ask Hailey button to generate new tasks. Hailey will then process the item details to comprehend its full context, including populated default and custom fields and linked compliance requirements, ensuring tasks align with your GRC program. Upon creating new tasks, they are automatically categorized based on contextual urgency and in the logical order of operations so teams can focus on what matters most at the right time.
