Hello everyone! We’re excited to announce a powerful new feature: configurable dashboards designed to enhance how you manage your GRC data on the 6clicks platform. This update empowers users to customize their 6clicks dashboards based on their specific roles and filter data displays according to criteria such as status, date range, and more. This ensures that critical insights are always at your fingertips. Join me in exploring some of its features below.

Overview: A dashboard tailored to you

Imagine logging in to 6clicks and seeing exactly what you need—no distractions, just the key metrics and insights that drive your success. With this new feature, you can:

• Personalize the look of your dashboard: Choose from multiple layouts and templates, including a full-screen option.

• Choose from multiple widget options: Add widgets like charts, Power BI reports, rich text content, and Hailey Assist, our in-app AI assistant.

• Customize your data view: Filter data by status to display the number of open and closed issues, assessments, risks, and other key metrics. You can also filter data by time range to focus on recent activities or historical trends.

• Quickly configure your dashboard as needed: Easily access the configuration header by clicking the settings icon ⚙️ at the top right corner of your dashboard to go into edit mode.

Whether you’re a compliance manager, risk officer, or executive, the 6clicks dashboard now lets you create a personalized experience that aligns perfectly with your role. By having instant access to essential data, you can get a quick snapshot of your risk and compliance posture and adjust efforts to improve your GRC program.

Empowering administrators with enhanced control

A main benefit of this new feature is the ability to standardize dashboards for your departments, entities, or clients using 6clicks.

Administrators can set default dashboards for all users, ensuring that key metrics are aligned across teams. This balance between flexibility and uniformity helps drive collaboration and adherence to organizational goals.

From the configuration header, simply click Settings for more control options. Administrators can set the dashboard as default for all users or allow users to customize their own dashboards.
