Hailey’s newest updates: Risk & issue generation + compliance mapping

At 6clicks, we’re continually evolving our AI capabilities to make the process of risk management and compliance faster, smarter, and more intuitive. Today, I’m excited to announce two significant updates to Hailey AI—our proprietary artificial intelligence engine—designed to make your workflow even more efficient and precise.

Introducing risk and issue generation from assessments

One of the most time-consuming parts of risk management is identifying and drafting relevant risks and issues during assessments. Our latest update to Hailey AI changes that. Now, Hailey doesn’t just assist with assessments; it actively generates risks and issues based on assessment responses—whether those assessments are questionnaire-based or requirement-based.

Here’s how it works:

• Automatic suggestions: Hailey can now generate risk and issue suggestions by analyzing assessment requirements and responses. 

• Risk and issue drafting: Hailey goes a step further by drafting these new risks and issues and categorizing them automatically. Upon creation of the risk or issue, Hailey also automatically links it to the assessment response as well as other relevant data such as your controls or third parties. 

This update makes it easier than ever to identify potential risks and critical issues, capture them accurately, and ensure nothing is missed during your risk assessments.

Enhanced compliance mapping—now faster and more accurate

Our second major update focuses on compliance mapping—a cornerstone feature for organizations managing complex regulatory requirements. This feature harks back to the earliest and highest-value Hailey AI release, and it’s now been completely overhauled to incorporate our latest thinking and technological advancements.

Key improvements include:

• Speed and accuracy: The new engine boosts the speed of authority-to-control and authority-to-authority mappings while improving the precision of the mappings.

• Enhanced user experience: We’ve upgraded the user interface to give you clearer feedback on your progress during mapping exercises. This means you’ll have more insight and control at every step of the process.

These updates make compliance management more efficient, allowing your teams to focus on high-value tasks rather than tedious manual mappings.
