Hailey goes deeper: Automatic risk and issue generation for assessments

Hello everyone, we're excited to introduce a powerful new feature for Hailey AI: risk and issue generation from assessments. This update revolutionizes how risk and compliance professionals identify, draft, and categorize risks and issues from both questionnaire-based and requirement-based assessments in the 6clicks platform. Let's dive into the details of this feature and how it can streamline your workflow.

Risk and issue generation process

With the Hailey icon now incorporated into the assessment workflow within 6clicks, you can now use Hailey to identify risks and issues from assessment responses at the click of a button.

Using a vendor assessment as an example, Hailey first analyzes the assessment response—taking into account your organization’s specific context and policies—and then generates risk or issue suggestions.

Hailey does not just identify risks and issues but creates complete risk and issue records out of assessment responses. It pre-fills the name of the risk or issue, pre-selects the appropriate risk domain or issue type, and provides a detailed description.

After creating the new risk or issue record, Hailey then automatically links it to the assessment response and the associated third-party record, ensuring the integration of all risk management activities.
