Creating risks and issues from audit results using Hailey

Manually analyzing and identifying risks and issues from audits or assessments takes a considerable amount of time and effort. 6clicks' AI engine, Hailey, automates this process to help organizations get ahead of potential threats and ensure comprehensive analysis of audit results. Risk and issue creation through Hailey

To automate the creation of risks and issues from audit results, start by opening an audit or assessment and navigate to the Results tab. Select a response from which you would like to extract risks or issues. On the side panel, linked risks, issues, and attachments can be accessed. Click the Hailey icon beside the Risks or Issues column to use Hailey to suggest existing risks or issues that can be linked to the audit response.

Hailey will then provide suggestions based on the audit question and response. But more than that, Hailey can also create a new risk or issue by analyzing content from the question and response. Simply click Ask Hailey to create a risk or Ask Hailey to create an issue and Hailey will automatically draft a new risk or issue record, automatically categorizing it and pre-filling the necessary fields. Upon creating the risk or issue, Hailey will also automatically link it to the audit response and other related components, such as the vendor who responded to the audit, for instance.
