The 6clicks Partner Program ("Program") empowers participants in good standing ("Participant") to use, refer, sell, market, and implement 6clicks. This Guide describes the policies, benefits, and requirements applicable to the Program. Participant employees should review and understand this Guide in order to maximize Program benefits.
The Program is designed for companies that:
- Use 6clicks to streamline the delivery of their advisory or managed services offerings.
- Deploy 6clicks for use by their clients for audit, assessment, remediation or the ongoing operation of their cyber, risk and compliance program.
- Provide implementations for or related to 6clicks platform, including consulting, outsourcing, subcontracting, or custom application development.
- Drive sales of 6clicks, including deal referrals, resale of commercially available products or packaged services for a customer’s own internal use, outsourcing, or offering domain-separated service provider solutions.
In summary, the Program enables participants to:
- Refer new leads to 6clicks.
- Resell 6clicks to their end customers.
- Tech-enable their managed services for multiple clients.

Program tiers
At 6clicks, we've structured our program into distinct tiers to align with your organization's success, expertise, customer base, and commitment. These segments, known as Explore, Ascend, Summit and Elite, offer varying levels of engagement and benefits tailored to your specific needs and achievements.
The Participant tiers are shown below.
Tier requirements
The Partner Program does not impose minimum-level qualifications on Participants. However, there is an expectation that partners will:
- Refer at least one deal to 6clicks per quarter.
- Participate in approved marketing activities such as webinars, guest blogs, podcast appearances, or social media campaigns.
- Complete the 6clicks technical enablement & certification program.
Successful partners tend to be those that:
- Focus on GRC as a core competency, whether as a value-added reseller (VARs), systems integrator or managed service provider.
- Have existing GRC expertise in their team, including familiarity with the IT Risk and Security Compliance domains across a variety of frameworks.
- Have a dedicated sales & marketing function for new logo acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.

Program benefit descriptions
Resale discount margin
As a participant in the 6clicks Partner Program, you have the opportunity to resell 6clicks solutions at a discount to the list price or 6clicks-approved pricing. Your resale margin is determined based on:
- Standard 6clicks pricing where your margin is defined in the table above.
- Agreed alternative pricing, where applicable, with a pre-negotiated margin.
Referral fee alternatives
If your organization is unable to resell 6clicks solutions, you are encouraged to explore referral fee arrangements as an alternative to margin-based benefits. To discuss referral opportunities, reach out to your Partner Development Manager for guidance and next steps.
This approach ensures flexibility in collaboration, enabling all partners to benefit from the program regardless of their sales structure.
Your 6clicks account team
Partner Development Manager
At 6clicks, every solutions partner is assigned a dedicated partner development manager (PDM) as their single point of contact. The PDM is integral to your success, offering guidance across all aspects of your business to help you build a thriving 6clicks practice with the right accreditations and certifications.
Key responsibilities of a PDM:

Strategic planning and growth: Collaborates on strategic business plans, pipeline development, and opportunity management to drive business growth. Analyzes your total install base (IB) to identify commissionable opportunities and helps you achieve your growth objectives.

Partner relationship management: Develops tailored solution strategies, fosters relationships at the C-level, and builds cross-functional teams to support your success. Aligns with internal 6clicks resources, such as growth specialists (GS) and solutions engineers (SE), to enhance your IB strategy.

Enablement and training: Ensures you have access to 6clicks programs, including betas, accreditations, and training resources. Provides pitch decks, training materials, and assets to empower your team during the sales and positioning process.
- Sales collaboration: Supports and works with partners to close fully partner managed deals.
With your PDM's dedicated support, you’ll have the tools, insights, and connections to maximize your potential and grow your 6clicks practice effectively.
Note as both 6clicks and our partners grow, we may need to reassign a different PDM to work with you. Reassignments are not made lightly; we take measures to reduce the frequency with which any partner is assigned a new PDM.
Growth Specialist
All partners have access to growth specialists (GSs) on 6clicks' direct sales team at the discretion of your PDM. GSs collaborate and work with you to develop communication strategies, define roles and responsibilities, and create closing plans for each resale or referral deal.
Key responsibilities of GSs:
- Resale and referral opportunities: Collaborates with partners to close resale and referral deals and leads 6clicks demos when required.
- Commercial management: Creates and sends quotes in coordination with partners and customers.
- Margin sign-off: Ensures proof of involvement (POI) is attached to each deal for margin confirmation.
Once you register a deal, the appropriate GS will be automatically assigned based on geography and segment, ensuring seamless collaboration. Leverage the deal registration functionality to connect with the appropriate GS and drive successful outcomes.
Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
Elite and Summit partners get access to the Solutions Architect team. This is a relationship based on sales of 6click's Hub & Spoke capability, focused on sophisticated clients with complex, enterprise-grade needs. Our Solutions Architect team represents our most tenured and experienced technical people aligned to the global Product & Engineering organization. They’re client-facing and embedded in our sales, go-to-market and product teams. Activities led by a Pres- Sales Solutions Architect include:
- Customer-specific demo environment build-out;
- Deep dive and use case-specific demo sessions;
- RFx response collaboration; and
- Proof of concept support and management.
As required, your PDM will assign a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect on a deal-by-deal basis.
Deal registration
Deal registration is a streamlined process enabling 6clicks partners to pursue sales opportunities with exclusive benefits and transparent collaboration. Partners in good standing can register eligible deals, gain exclusive access to pursue opportunities and leverage any special promotions offered by 6clicks.
General eligibility
Access to the 6clicks deal registration is available only to Partners who are active Participants of the 6clicks Partner Program. Opportunities must meet specific criteria to be eligible for registration and approval.
When to register
Deals should be registered only after they are qualified. This means:- You’ve established a strong working relationship with the end customer; and
- You’ve identified a clear need and budget aligned with 6clicks within the end customer's organization.
Eligible opportunities
Deals must involve 6clicks and demonstrate the partner’s ability to address the end customer's needs. Partners should substantiate pre-sales efforts such as:- Engaging with the end customer's decision-makers;
- Assisting with the creation of project budgets using 6clicks; and
- Helping define requirements aligned with 6clicks.
Exclusions
- Deals already registered by another partner are excluded unless specific legal circumstances allow multiple registrations.
- Public tenders that have already been published cannot be registered. However, deals can be registered before a tender’s publication.
How to register
- Partners can initiate registration using the Deal Registration form within the 6clicks Connect Partner Portal.
- Each registration should represent a single deal with a single end customer. Combining multiple deals under one registration is not permitted.
- Registrations must include accurate and comprehensive details, such as the customer’s full and correctly spelled company name.
Deal registration benefits
- Approved deal registrations grant Partners exclusive access to the opportunity. 6clicks will not pursue direct sales for registered deals unless specific exceptions apply.
- Partners may access deal-specific pricing or other promotional benefits tied to the registration.
Expiration and renewals
- Deal registrations are valid for 90 days from the approval date. Extensions may be granted at 6clicks' discretion based on activity and approval.
- Expired registrations cannot be reopened and must be resubmitted as new registrations.
Exceptions
6clicks reserves the right to deny or revoke deal registration under specific circumstances, such as:
- The partner is not actively pursuing the deal or responding to communications;
- The partner submits misleading or incomplete information; or
- Legal or commercial obligations that require 6clicks to bid directly.
Partner responsibilities
- Communicate updates and respond promptly to inquiries from the assigned Growth Specialist (GS).
- Collaborate with the GS to co-sell and close the deal.
Dispute resolution
Disputes related to deal registrations must be submitted to partners@6clicks.com, including a written description of the issues, before escalating to formal resolution procedures.
Assessment Only Spoke plan
The Assessment Only Spoke is a unique plan offered exclusively to Partners in Ascend, Summit and Elite.

Partner directory listing on 6clicks website
Participants who have attained Ascend, Summit or Elite tier are featured on the Partner Directory page on the 6clicks website. This listing provides relevant information for each Participant, product expertise, and other pertinent details.
Explore Participants are not eligible for the Partner Directory.
6clicks demo instances
Participants who have attained Ascend, Summit or Elite tiers receive access to demo accounts for continuous training, product familiarization, solution development, and conducting demonstrations for customers.
Access is exclusively granted for non-production purposes and remains active throughout the duration of the Participant’s membership in the Program.
Program segment badge
Participants in good standing are encouraged to utilize the 6clicks brand to showcase their Program membership. Badges are provided to Ascend, Summit and Elite partners and can be incorporated into advertisements, websites, customer communications, and other marketing materials.

Program press releases
To aid Participant marketing endeavors, 6clicks offers Summit and Elite Participants press release templates for announcing their inclusion in the 6clicks Partner Program or transition within a Program Segment.

Participation in joint marketing
Summit and Elite partners have the opportunity to collaborate with global or regionally-based Partner Development Managers to develop an annual go-to-market plan with 6clicks. The format and requirements of the plan are determined by the 6clicks marketing team and must outline goals, objectives, and actionable tactics aimed at enhancing 6clicks sales, market expansion, or customer engagement. Approved plans must include a commitment to execution from both the Participants and 6clicks before implementation.
Advisor certification
The 6clicks Advisor & MSP Partner Certification Program is designed to equip our partners with the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage the 6clicks platform effectively for their client management and service delivery needs. Through this program, partners will develop a foundational understanding of the features and functionality of 6clicks, at both the partner Hub and client Spokes level. This is achieved through a series of self-guided tasks and interactive sessions with a member of the 6clicks technical team, ensuring that partners are equipped with the expertise needed to provide exceptional value to their clients.
For any inquiries or assistance regarding the 6clicks Certification Program, partners are encouraged to reach out to their dedicated 6clicks PDM. They will provide guidance and support throughout the certification process, ensuring that partners have a seamless and productive learning experience.
Eligible to participate in the Partner Advisory Board
Joining our Partner Advisory Board is an exclusive opportunity available to participants who have attained Summit or Elite partnership status within the 6clicks Partner Program. The Partner Advisory Board serves as a platform for partners to provide detailed feedback on our products, services, roadmap, and customer support. It also facilitates networking with peer organizations, allowing you to gain insights into how others are leveraging 6clicks in the market. As a member of the Partner Advisory Board, you will have the chance to participate in product feedback surveys and attend online group meetings, typically lasting around 1 hour.
These sessions will be attended by 6clicks product and customer success teams, as well as a select group of partners. You'll have the opportunity to share your opinions on what's working well, areas for improvement, specific end-client feedback, and collaborate on functional enhancements and feature designs. Joining the Partner Advisory Board enables you to have a direct impact on the future development of 6clicks products and services while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing within the partner community.
Terms and conditions
This 6clicks Partner Program Guide (“Guide”) establishes the rules and policies governing participation in the 6clicks partner program (“Program”). All rights and benefits of the program are conditional on adherence to this guide in its latest version. 6clicks may revise this guide periodically through its partner portal, and participants (“Participant”) must stay informed about any changes. 6clicks reserves the right to administer, modify, or limit/deny participation and benefits of the program described herein at its discretion based on published program rules. Updates to this guide will be communicated to the administrator email addresses provided by all participants and posted on the 6clicks partner portal. The terms of this guide are subject to the terms of the 6clicks partner agreement between 6clicks and each participant that references this guide. 6clicks makes no warranties regarding this guide or the information contained herein and disclaims liability for damages, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, and special damages arising from reliance on this guide.
To join the program, each legal entity must apply, meet the program's membership criteria, sign a separate agreement with 6clicks, and receive a welcome email from 6clicks confirming the entity's appointment to the program. An affiliate, subsidiary, or acquired company cannot access the rights granted under a parent or affiliated entity’s partner agreement without 6clicks' written consent, although 6clicks may allow affiliates to aggregate certain information to meet minimum participation requirements in some cases. In the event of acquisitions, mergers, or other business combinations, the membership status of the surviving entity and the operational status of the acquired or merged entity will determine the applicable membership for the newly formed entity. Participants must notify 6clicks in advance of planned corporate structure changes to allow for approval or rejection of the impact of such changes on participation in a partner program.
